About

Decoding Stress Program: From Survival to Growth A neuroscience-based stress management program. Stress is more than a mental experience—it affects your entire body, influencing your breathing, heart rate, thoughts, emotions, behavior, and ability to connect with others. In this educational and experiential journey, you’ll learn how the nervous system responds to perceived danger and how to recognize the four common survival responses: fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Each section combines accessible neuroscience education with somatic practices, breathwork techniques, and guided self-discovery to help you understand your stress patterns and develop greater self-awareness. Course Content: - DAY 1: Stress and the Nervous System - DAY 2: The Fight Response - DAY 3: The Flight Response - DAY 4: The Freeze Response - DAY 5: The Fawn Response - DAY 6: Mixed Stress Responses - DAY 7: Returning to Safety & Connection - BONUS: Tantra, Sex, and The Safe & Connected State This journey is not about eliminating stress or forcing yourself to remain calm all the time. It’s about learning to recognize your body’s protective patterns and developing more flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges. Use the practices at your own pace, with curiosity and compassion. A regulated nervous system does not mean being stress-free—it means having greater capacity to move through stress, reconnect with yourself, and return to a sense of safety and connection. This content is for educational and general well-being purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or trauma-informed professional support. If a practice feels overwhelming, pause, orient to your surroundings, and choose an approach that feels safe for you.
