Hi there!
I am Veronica, the founder and lead coach at Sattva House. I’m a Trauma-Informed RYT ®500 Yoga Teacher, Soulside Breathwork Practitioner, and Neuroscience Coach, and nothing is more important to me than inviting and allowing my true, fun, and wild self to take the driver’s seat.
And I want to help you do the same.
After spending years in a state of disconnection, working in one of the most demanding tech fields, I realized I was burnt out.
At the time, I had experienced some significant loss in my life, and I wasn’t sure where to turn.
That was until I discovered how yoga, breathwork, and neuroscience can work together to create a holistic, supportive lifestyle.
My experience taught me what high performers need to survive burnout and recalibrate.
That’s why I founded Sattva House.
Sattva House blends ancient techniques with neuroscience in a bold, supportive environment where you can release limiting patterns and embrace empowered authentic living.
As a Certified Neuroscience Coach, I’ve curated a selection of supportive services, including trauma-sensitive yoga coaching, to help you release what’s holding you back.
My mission is deeply personal, but I believe it’s universal. I want to help you get the same integrated support I’ve enjoyed.

Joy
To embrace each moment fully is to find delight in it. Joy is a profound sense of fulfillment that comes from living, not just existing—and engaging with the world. For us, joy is about cherishing every experience, allowing ourselves to be present and grateful for the richness of life. We embrace and savor life and enjoy experiencing it fully.
Flow
Just like water effortlessly changes shape to fit any container, flow embodies the idea of flexibility when it comes to life’s challenges. It’s about moving with ease and grace. Flow is harmony in movement and thought.
Growth
Growth is synonymous with challenge. We redefine challenges as opportunities to rediscover our strength, boldness, and potential. Through resilience, curiosity, and an open mind, we become the best version of ourselves.
Balance
To be balanced is to embrace the dance of life. It requires us to know ourselves, to learn to navigate life’s ebbs and flows, away from excess or deprivation, instead choosing the middle path. Integration of all states of being is critical to achieving an outer equilibrium. Commitment to learning helps us achieve real balance.
Community
For our ancestors, community was the bedrock upon which they became human. Strength is still found in the collective. Mutual support helps us heal, change our lives, and ultimately thrive. Connection, sharing, and belonging are values we hold dear.
